- Click >Security>Users son the menu bar.
- Select [ New User ] .
- Enter a User name.
- To add a new User assign all required data.
Important! The Admin user is required to enter a E-mail address for the purpose to recover his password in case it was forgotten.
- Assign a User Group for this user.
Designer – is allowed to open DBxtra in Designer mode.
Viewer – is only allowed to open DBxtra in Viewer (Desktop or Web Viewer) mode.
Edit a User
- To edit a User select it and change its settings.
Delete a User
- To delete a User select it and click Delete .
