After enabling Active Directory you’ll need to set the permission of the imported user groups on XLReport, this works as if they were XLReport user groups. After XLReport restarts, you need to decide which users will be able to log in into XLReport and under which role they will log in, for this do as follows:
- Log in with the user you used to configure Active Directory.
Note: If you’re using this same account, you would not be asked to log in, you’ll be taken directly to XLReport. - Go to >Security>Users.
- Select the desired user.
- Under User Type, select whether he will be Designer, Viewer or if he won’t be able to log in (Empty).
- Click Save and that user will be able to log in into XLReport.
